Death is not an "end" but a "transform". There are lots of forms of "death" in our life. For example,

You are told by your boss, the position in your company will be terminated permanently due to company's operation requirement. He told you this on Friday but refuse to tell you how will they deal with you after that. Will you be in a fear during weekend?

Then on Monday he told you pack-up.....after that, he asked you move to a new office, you are promoted, in another department.... that's a kind of transform. It could be bad or could be good. But it always gave you some fear. It's like turn black into white, or turn white into black. It will never be turn red into lighter red or green into darker green, etc.

Death is the end result of disease and aging, which are caused by loss of energy, or life-force, which is caused by inner conflict, which is the result of self-denial.

Ralph Ballantine interviewed the head of a leading cancer-treatment facility who told him that virtually every person who came in with a terminal disease was stuck in some situation they didn't know how to get out of. The ones who took their diagnosis as a wake-up call would change their lives and go into remission. The ones who stayed in their stuck situation would die.

Death is not necessary. It is a sickness that has been on Earth for so long that people have forgotten it is unnatural. We now live in a cult of death that is so pervasive that our entire view of reality is based on it. People are so convinced that death is normal and necessary that they won't even consider the possibility that what I'm saying may be true.

To reverse the process, begin to notice every time you do something you don't want to do, and every time you hold yourself back from doing something you do want to do.

Another useful practice is to arrange some time and space for you to safely feel everything you feel, and move it in your body. Denial is a withholding of our spontaneous life-energy. In order for it to be released, it has to be moved or vibrated in some way.

Whoops, edit: that's a good question. There are mechanisms that cause our cells to die but they still don't know why since they've seen systems that renew themselves and organisms are not closed systems. Some theories exist but they still can't explain it. There are genes that do nothing other than cause us to die, that seem to be,"put there", intentionally.

How do you know you are not already dead? According to Sylvia Brown, the controversial psychic, we actually died during our birth, which is a much more traumatic experience then our death. And when we die, we are actually born.

Death is our enemy , it is no friend of mine ..... It is not some magical gateway to some other life as some would believe.... God made us to live forever and put this yearning in our hearts because that is what he wanted for us.... What adam and eve and satan did in the garden is not final ,because of what Jesus did....We die because of what they choose to do like an inherited illness in a family..... there is no way to avoid it ... There is only one way to be saved from it ...........

On today's technology, some countries think that death is a medical failure. there is no such thing called natural death. Doctors can keep you alive if you want to stay alive on a hospital bed.

All forms have a beginning and an end.

If you hold that we are the body, then the end of that form will be death. If you posit something inside that form that survives it (and therefore, of necessity, also precedes it), then it will be formless and subject neither to birth nor death.
