Do you mean clothing, crafts, home dec? Anything that's 8X11 or less is usually printed to scale, like baby clothes, doll clothes, and crafts.

For bigger people clothes, here is a shorts pattern that's actual size

Birch Street used to offer it as a cheaper alternative and I have a pants pattern that I bought from them and printed online. But they don't offer the option anymore. You have to tape all the pages together and then it's too stiff to work with.

burdastyle.com has sewing patterns in PDF format. The full sized pattern pieces are printed on standard printer paper and then you stick the pieces together for full sized pieces that just need to be pinned to the fabric, cut and sewn. There's also the option of taking the file to a place like Kinko's where they can print them on large size paper. They have an ever-changing selection of fashionable clothing and accessories and they've just released a free pattern for the skinny jeans that are all the rage.
