I agree. We're in a war with terrorists abroad and, it seems, our own politicians at home. They want to make sure we don't violate the civil rights of murderers. How f'ed up is that?! We're only going to win this war by doing to them what they're doing to us, but ten-times worse. They can cut off the heads of civilian journalists, but far be i for us to splash a little water on them in return. Teddy K. is an idiot!
And for those liberal twits out there, think about this: Ted Kennedy's car has killed more innocent people than waterboarding has.

I agree so far as not putting them out there in the public. If anything inappropriate happened while being interrogated,that individual should be punished to the degree that fits the offense.
To reveal his identity to the public could endanger his life.
Unlike Plame,that individual IS an active agent for the CIA.
The Liberals will do anything-say anything-make up anything [no matter how ridicules it may sound] because they know the rest of their zombi's will believe anything their told.
Edit: I don't recall ever giving combatants in other conflicts the right of our Constitution. That was left up to the Military to try them. How the liberals equate giving terrorist groups [that are not in our country] protection of our Constitution,to protecting us,shows you how much of a warped sense of logic they really have.

So Porter Goss lied before Congress.
