Hull Recruitment agency is claiming that it has been mandated by Deutsche Bank,London to recruit staff on its behalf and had emailed me for my CV which i sent . They then after 10 days sent me a offer document and contract agreement to work with Deutsche bank,London and has asked me to contact XPRES TRAVELL AGENCY at London for further assistance to get my work permit for U.K. and pay the agency the charges for procuring my work permit. Can this be trusted?

It is a SCAM
Why would someone mail you and ask for you CV if you had never contacted them ?
Why would a big bank such as Deutsche Bank offer you a job with out an interview ?
Now you will start to get more and more charges. First it is the work permit, then payment for a visa, then a medical, then fees. Finally they will stop writing to you and you will be left out of pocket.
