I've always thought he was under-rated but I think the WWE has realised that and made him Horswoggles hero so he can gain popularity. He's becoming face, you wouldn't put a heel vs Khali anyway would you?

That's no coincidence. They've kinda been pushing him toward babyface. Helping Hornswoggle, and now facing Khali at a PPV.

the WWE crowd would rather cheer finlay than khali.
But,even khali should be respected.Only the wwe made him look like a monster...and he can wrestle alot better.
