i read somewhere that if u make ur hand fall asleep and then jackoff its like having someone else do it. so how do i make my hand fall asleep? :P

It's not healthy to cut off circulation to your hand to that degree. Just don't. Learn to enjoy the sensation on your hand, too -- it's like both giving AND receiving a hand job, so it's twice as good.
