It really just depends. I have a few of them because I wanted to try them out. The only way that I find they save energy is if you keep checking your dryer. It will not shut off in any less time than normal. However, the wrinkles in the clothes are better.

no wont make a diffrence. if your dryer s filter is kept clean ,thst the normal cause of dryer problems,
clean if after EVERY load,

I personally haven't used them but my friends have them and say that their clothes we're done faster and the wrinkles seemed to be less obvious. It certainly wouldn't hurt to try them.
