do you have a Mac? If so then OS X should have came with the computer. Only Macs can dual boot both OS's. Sure there have been some ubergeeks out there that have shoe-horned OS X onto a PC, do a youtube search for leopard on a pc, but from everything I've read it doesn't run very well. Then there is the fact that people who own macs are dual booting windows so they can play games. Windows is a better gaming platform, only because that's what the game makers make most of the games for. If it weren't for that windows is pretty much the worst OS out there.

Hi, first of all u can't legally install OS X on a pc. Even if u do, u will face a lot of problems like hardware compatibility and its illegal along with the fact its difficult to install OS X on a regular pc. There is a huge chance u might just destroy ur pc in the process.
If u want to dual boot Windows Xp and OS X then buy a Mac with OS X installed on it and use boot camp to install Windows Xp. That will set up a dual boot for u.
I hope I helped.
Good Luck!

OSX is the shiz. That pretty much sums it up. It's the most stable, secure and user friendly operating system on the market and always at least 5 years ahead of Microsoft's products who are never innovators and always late followers.
In 7 years of running OSX on my PowerMac G4 I've never had a single virus, no system crashes and no spyware/malware... and have never needed any extraneous software installed and sucking up my resources to protect me from them. Also, OSX is actually written to optimize your system resources, unlike Windows which is just written to be a bloated turd. Example: on my 7 year old PowerMac I am currently running the latest versions of OSX, MS Office, Adobe CS3, various DVD authoring software and a slew of others... and my 7 year old PowerMac consistently out performs my wife's 1 year old Dell. In fact, when we got married she hated the fact that I used a Mac, now I can hardly ever get on my own computer because hers is such a dog.
I used to build my own PCs but after 20+ years of constantly having to troubleshoot problems, I'd had enough and now that I have my wife sold on Macs, once her Dell finally up and dies we will never have another Microsoft product in our house.
There are actually a lot of games available for Mac now. And more and more are becoming available each day.
Like already stated, I wouldn't attempt installing OSX on a PC. It's not written to run on a PC and will not run the way it's supposed to. To some this may seem like a bad thing, but to me it's a great thing. Apple is all about the user experience and they want it to be a good one. They are a hardware company. They have to make their software better than the rest so you will buy their hardware. Since they control the hardware that goes into the systems they build (and you can upgrade hardware all you want, i've replaced DVD-RW burners, memory, hard drives, graphics cards and have never had a single issue with hardware compatibility... it just worked) their systems just work and they work the way they're supposed with no hassle and no nonsense.
Get a Mac, you'll love it.

Sounds like your using Windows with OS X installed?
If your wanting to see what Leopard looks like, just get a Mac - Leopard GUI kicks Windows ***.
Also with Bootcamp you can boot up in either Windows or Leopard to do your individual comparisson and see how badly Windows tries to copy Mac.

Create a disk partition and install Mac OSX.
If Mac OS is bullshit then Xp too is bullshit for sure! So its your choice, use both to give your personal rating!

Do you have a Macintosh computer? If so, then you can apply both operating systems. That is the only way. And yes, I have Mac OS X and it's sweeet.
