Turn left out of Victoria Coach Station and walk about 250 yards up Buckingham Palace Road to Victoria Rail and Underground Station. Take the Victoria Line northbound to Euston then the Northern Line northbound to Burnt Oak/Edgware. (There are two northbound branches to the Northern Line. Ensure you board an Edgware train).
For a period of time over the next few weeks the Victoria Line will not be able to serve Victoria due to construction work. During this time take the Circle or District Line eastbound from Victoria to Embankment and change to the Northern Line there.

As has been said basically walk to Victoria underground station up Buckingham Palace Road then either get on circle and district line eastbound to Embankment and get on the Northern line Northbound or alternatively get the Victoria Line to Euston adn then Northern line.
