Oh, leave us alone. We do it our way. You do it your way. There's no rules about how to do laundry; and even if there were we wouldn't follow them anyway. Give us a break. We're not in the world to conform to what women want.

Men don't buy clothing that need delicate cycles. A real mans washing machine would only have one button to turn it on and off and one cycle "HEAVY DUTY". All those stupid cycles and temperatures are not required. Dryers would only have one temperature "HOT" and a start button. If the clothing can't handle the "HEAVY DUTY" and "HOT" it isn't worthy of owning.

Iron? Whats that?

I like the range interesting colours that come out of a mixed wash - and fabric softener is for wimps - I like my clothes rough. Rough and masculine! I suppose you're going to ask if we press anything as well?? :)

I do the majority of laundry in our house. My mom showed me how to do it as a kid and I've been doing it since. Brace yourself....I fold the clothes and put them away too!!! Here's the clencher, though, I iron too!!! My wife seems to appreciate it.

Try detergents with added softener to make it less of a hassle for all. 'Sorting stuff' ought to be done by you though so you won't end up laying blame!
All it takes is a little education, don't you think?
