One could make a case for women doing the same thing. May I hazard a guess that you are speaking from personal experience and have been hurt once again lately?
Not all men sting the hell out of any girl who gets close. You may want to examine your selection process.

Why does a queen bee leave the Hive and mate with as many males as possible and rip their little bee penis off and leave them to die? (It's true - look it up)
Side note: All the Honey bees that you see flying around collecting nectar (and stinging you) are ALL Female.

That reminds me of a joke: a man and woman go out on a picnic. He goes away to relieve himself, and gets stung by a bee on his penis. He runs back screaming, and the woman drives him to the nearest emergency room. Just before the doctor sees the man, the woman pulls him aside and asks, "Doc, is there any way you can give him something to take away the pain, but leave the swelling?" :)

Well you know I have had a tendency to push a way good women once she got real close. That is to my detriment. I don't know why but that is when I was a bit younger. Hopefully I get another chance and I will reel her in for good this time.
