Hotels don't process visas, and the hotels in Dubai aren't cheap.

Since when do hotels get involved with visa issues??
"Cheap" is a relative term in Dubai........ I don't know of any "cheap" hotels there
As for getting a visa, it depends on what country you're from - I know Australians don't need one at all ........

there r plenty of hotels in dubai u can find on net and apply
they can provide u 14 days tourist visa or 60 days visit visa under special conditions
