What you are describing sounds like a hemorrhoid which can occur such as from pushing too hard when one has a bowel movement. One way to help get rid of them is to do a special kind of bath (can be in the tub or a special pan for it) called a sitz bath using warm water and something like baking soda a few times a day. Also, there are over the counter hemorrhoid creams that can sometimes be helpful.

I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.

I agree with the last poster - sounds like just regular pimples. Be very careful not to irritate them by trying to pop or poke them. I'd say exfoliate, cleanse & if you can use astringent on the area. Same as any other pimples! It's just an area a lot of people ignore - hard to reach in the shower, etc.

It's pretty common and completly normal. The sweat from your butt is trapping germs and causing pimples. Just scrub your booty in the shower and wear cotton undies only. No thongs... they'll only make it worse. And as often as possible, don't wear panties at all. Women's Health Magazine said most doctors say going without panties is best because you can get some fresh air down there. Just make sure moisture isn't getting trapped down there.
