I don't think it's all that Black and Black...in some cases, both Parents HAVE to work just to Survive, not to become Powerful...not all Parents do what you have mentioned...

I smashed a tadpole when I was young and realized that I didn't care for the feeling. Adults step in and try to give advice so that your life is easier and you don't make the same mistakes and they certainly want to keep you safe. They also have demanding schedules and just get tired. Try helping out so there is some extra time for family. Or talk to your parents and get their attention without the violence. Learn to control your life with positive actions instead of destruction. Hopefully growing up will be the hardest thing you ever have to do.

No, I can't say that I have. I don't really care about being in power. It's not that important to me. As far as destroying things, I'd never do that because when I even start to think about it, I also start thinking about how someone went to a bunch of trouble to make it, and how I would feel if I had made something and someone destroyed it. If it is something alive, I would never destroy it because I can't bear the idea that I have just taken something's, or someone's life away. If I don't kill it, I can't bear the thought that I have hurt it, or them. I'm too soft to destroy things, or hurt things. It does piss me off that no one cares about children until they are 18 though. It's wrong. They have opinions just like everyone else, and should be aloud to express them.
