Johnny is right, OPP stands for Ontario Provincial Police, but I would go down on any of the motherfuckers.

I'm a mid-forties old fart, but from what I hear it means " Other peep's peep."
In my house, when my sons ask "can we OPP?" it means "can we order pizza pleeeze?" which I hear at least once a week.
