I agree with the Dutch user :) Depends what you think a good climate is.
Still, keeping in mind it's December, here in North of Italy during afternoon a light jacket is enough since it's not cold, now, and we had just few days of rain (less in northwest, some more in northeast).

Depends what you want in a climate.
I am Dutch and I think we have a good climate.
Almost never scoring hot in summer, little or no frost in winter and year round rain so our fields are almost always green.
It is not the best climate for a beach lover, wintersport enthousiast or even a city person, but it is a good climate for farmers.

i don't think all European countries now has a good climate.. Unless you planning to come down under.. The weather is Hot.. LOL..
