You cant be two signs together even if you are born on a cusp day. You are either one sign or the other. If you think that "Love is pure" then you are a virgo. If you think that "Love is Beauty" then you are a Libra.
Another clue. If you love to communicate and not really lead then you are a virgo. But if you Love to lead, then you are a Libra.

Well...since you are born on the cusp of a star sign, you should check the time you were born and it will lead you to the answer. if you were born before noon on the 23rd then you are a virgo but if you are born after noon the you are a libra...
