Blockbuster is my favorate and do not want to quit them but they mess up continually. Every couple of weeks they send the same movie. They do not send videos when they are taken back to the store. They just are bad. Have you been havinng the same problems?

I haven't tried Blockbuster Online but from what I understand, there are some movies that they don't carry at all, like This Film Is Not Yet Rated, so I'm not even going to try them because I can make my own decisions about what is appropriate to watch.

I have Netflix, and have had very few problems. I have had to send back DVDs a few times for being unplayable, a couple times because of bad scratches, once or twice for being cracked, and once for being completely crushed into pieces. For me personally, I'd rather take the movie to the mailbox, and be able to watch movies and TV shows online, instead of having the opportunity to return my movie to Blockbuster, browse their meager selection, and wait in line for a half hour to rent another movie.

I haven't had many problems with Blockbuster Online. I love the fact that I can return an online rental to the store (which is VERY close by) and get a free rental right away while I wait for a new online rental. I have received the wrong DVD maybe twice in two years of being involved with it. But I have also received two of the same DVD at the same time twice. Which means I kept the extra one and sent the other one back to Blockbuster. So now I have a free copy of Transformers, and High Tension. hahahaha I'm staying with Blockbuster.

Trust me, switch to Netflix. I did and now have pretty much any movie I can think of available. It's cheaper too. Pretty quick, nice website, etc.

Switch to Netflix!
