I heard margirine is one molecule away from Plastic...I now prefer butter!

Real butter. I lived with a guy for about 1 1/2 years. His sister works in a creamery and would bring home real butter--the stuff that costs $5 or more a pound--and give it to us! It saved us money and it was so much better than the fake stuff. Ever since I moved away from him this past April, I want nothing but the real thing.

I prefer margarine or vegetable spread over butter any day. No flavor to butter.

Country Crock does it for me--better than butter.(sorry mother nature):)

that's a toughie i like them both, it depends. use butter for baking. anything else use the fake stuff

I like olive oil based "butter" non dairy, an non trans fat. margarine is trans fat by the way.
