Please no stupid answers.

I am writing a blog regarding a million bad experiences I've gone through with a cat breeder. I have left out the breeder's business name to protect myself but I think that people should be aware that this is a bad breeder. If I were to mention the business name in my blog, would this be slander/defamation/libel? Here is my blog in case this helps:

PLEASE ONLY ANSWER IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH SOMETHING LIKE THIS OR YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS.

Just to be on the safest side, do not mention the name of the breeder or the breeder's business name. You don't need to broadcast your bad experiences by giving every single detail.

if you want legal advice you plan to rely on in case the other person sues or is otherwise upset, then you can only get it from an attorney that represents you, not from random people, even lawyers, online.

I don't have any experience at this but....I would think if you have proof of these problems then you will be in the clear.
