ELF-GIRL, you have gone too far! Toss the neighbors into the street, instead. I wouldn't have a problem with that.

Not at night. But I get up at 5:30 a.m. and the neighbor's dog is yapping away. Too early in the morning! Or the guy I call "Harley Man". I swear he doesn't sleep and the bike doesn't have a muffler.

i was asleep for a couple hours until my neighbor's dogs started their continuous barking !
sounds like the freaken dogs are in my house , they are that loud !
ever since my neighbors moved into that house i've been a nervous wreck cause i can't get enough sleep due to those dogs !
i could drink myself to a stupor and maybe then i'll be able to get some shut-eye !
some things that are illegal shouldn't be, so go ahead bump-off that yapper if your able to catch it and have some peaceful slumber

Yes. And it's quite inhumane. That's why you should just pack the yapping dog in a box and mail it to Costa Rica. Don't forget the breath holes!

will you stop by and pick up my neighbours dog while you are at it? we can witness for each other that one chased the other and they ran in front of the car. hey no offence i have two dogs myself, maybe it should be the owners we pick on for not teaching their pets good manners.

well... it is a yapping dog, so you're off the hook... if it was just a dog, then yeah it's illegal..
