how do i get rid of roaches?

how do i get rid of roaches I have tried the combat and raid roach baits and even had a professional exterminator but it seemed to get worse any tricks? does boric acid work? I live in an upstairs Apartment

boric acid is about the only thing that will work...but it will take a while to see the results and it only works if you take the time and put the chalkline around every wall all along every path with no break in the line....like if a wicked spirit could enter your house if they could cross into it anywhere the line wasnt so you have to go around go into drawers cabnets behind fridge you get the picture...make sure they have to step into the powder....it wont kill them what it dose is make them not able to lay the eggs or something ...kills the next generation...so you dont see instant results but im telling ya it works very well...also find the nest...in motors like clock motors mr coffee motors heaters wall socketts,,,stuff like that and put extra lines there....put the stuff all around the outside of your place and talk to your neighbors about doing the same its cheap and worth the effort

Yes Boric acid works great! Also there's a paste that was out, that work really good, think it was mad by De con. What was really good about it was once one roach ate some of it, they would take it back and would die from it, and then another roach would eat them, and also die from it. and so on and so on! Try to find the paste. You can hide it up under places, where the dog or cat wouldn't get into it.
