You have not indicated what sink? Kitchen sink? Bathroom sink? If it is a bathroom sink take the stopper out from under the sink where the pop-up hooks up under sink at drain line. Take a small hand held snake and go down and get the hair out. Once it is thru ( with in about a 1` or so) Replace all the parts (pop - up) And turn water on. Should be cleared and you should be good to go. If not then it could be farther down the line then call your local drain clean out co.

Even if you had baking soda and white vinegar, it wouldn't work. You need to snake out that drain. Or pour sulfuric acid down the drain.

If it works that's great, but your time is better spent with a plunger or a snake (or even calling a plumber).
