There is a high (extremely high) possibility that you have an urinary infection or an STD. In any case, you have to go to the doctor or hospital and get some prescriptions for antibiotics.

No!!! No blood should pass trough your urinary system!!! The urinary tract is a complex system. Lot of events will lead to urine blood. It relate closely on how you take care of your "buddy".

First, are you a male, and what is your age?
Assuming you are a gentleman,
What is pain in urinary part? penis, pubis, loin pain?
Swelling in which part?

There are many causes of blood in urine (hematuria)
Common Example:
Trauma
Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy
Stones
Infection (UTI)
Neoplasm (Benign or malignant tumor)
Polycystic kidney

Urinary tract infection in male is possible but less common than in female
And blood in urine (hematuria) in a male should warrant further investigation!!! so consult your doctor a.s.a.p.

"Blood flowing" is serious - even a few spots of blood in your urine warrant a medical checkup. With "flowing" blood you should get yourself to a doctor IMMEDIATELY. You either have a serious infection or an injury.

Sounds like a kidney/urine infection! The body is trying to flush it out, that is why that is happening. See a doctor.

You really might have an STD! Even if you don't think so, get checked cause it could cause serious permanent problems for you and your (future) significant other
