Love the answers so far.

To raichasays: I didn't call anyone any 'names'. I just wanted to know what reactions I would get from my ridiculous question.

To 'someone I hope I know': You're the one who's too cute. 'Tongue in cheek' is so sexy.

Holy crap! The political parties have nothing to do with religion! The republican party started to whore itself out to fundamentalist Christian values to gain more votes, and the democratic party became polarized to this, becoming secular. By no means does this make liberals atheists, they just do not want religion in government. Making these blanket statements is also dangerous!

Also, a real atheist wouldn't believe Bush was an anti-Christ, as it would conflict with their (single) belief.

Last I looked, Jimmy Carter was Baptist. Just one example of a "liberal" with a strong belief in God, who has never felt the need to resort to idiotic name calling.

Liberals are not atheists but only trying to deviate from what is conservative.
