I want to pick 1 from the 1st 6 on the list. But I don't know that much about graphics cards.

if you are buying one of these cards to play crysis you might want to stop before you buy and do some reading on the sort of performance people are getting with the 8600 series. the reason crysis is such a big deal at the moment is because of its graphics engine, which is extremely demanding. Even people with dual 8800's get low frame rates (ie 27fps) without even using all of the eye candy options (high settings). I don't know if you have ever played a game before on lower-end hardware than its designed for but it can be a _very_ frustrating experience, especially if you have spent money on an upgrade hoping for a more playable time.

My advice: do the reading (google crysis 8600gt), and consider whether you want to have fairly poor performance after paying $150-200 for a card. Crysis DOES NOT expand on the gameplay of earlier fps-genre games and has received some mild criticism for for this in reviews. It is 'flavor of the month' at the moment, but There are plenty of other fps games that will give you a much better and more immersive experience on the hardware you are considering than crysis is able to.

The 8600 GT...GTS is pretty much beat by cards lower than it.

The companies are different, but the card chip is the same, so you pretty much have to go with what you think is the best company.

Other than that, the 8600 GT is a really good card, topped only by the 8800s.

EDIT: I'd go with the XFX...the first card on the list. I've heard good things about them.

I READ THAT ON THE 8600 GT CRYSIS SETTINGS ALL HAVE TO GO ON LOW AND THERE ARE STILL FRAME PROBLEMS. A TECH TOLD ME NOT PNY BRAND. THE 6TH ONE HAS LESS MB SO I WOULD SAY THAT ONE IS OUT. ONE OF THEM HAS GDDR3....THAT IS THE LATEST TYPE OF MEMORY BUT I DONT KNOW IF THAT MEANS IT BETTER OR NOT. PEOPLE SEEM TO LIKE EVGA. AN 8800 GT OC IS CLOSE TO THE SAME PRICE BUT BETTER.
