yes.
its a lot like playing chess. you plan you move and what u think your opponents move will be. then you repeat until theres this gigantic plan/scenario in your head.
then it gets shot to hell when they don't make the right move/ say the right thing.
lol

a lot of time i'm doing that, but sometimes for myself and sometimes for others.
i think about my failures, what was the reason, why couldn't i performed well, what could be done then and now .......
but for others i usually think about, what make them doing that, like some people can't help themselves asking about u or starting a conversation even when u don't want to talk in a buses, trains.....
there are many crazy things that people do, some students can't resist cheating in exams, some find pleasure in drugs either when they are more happy or they are depressed.
after that i realise that i'm a fool wasting my time in others,
continuous depression and arguing inside can develop as a habbit and some times it comes in way to sucess,
therefore, dont make a issue of small things and instead of doin that find some right way, take some right decisions to improve the faults if any.

Yeah, had it a lot especially after a close relative of mine past away...... it was mainly my suppressed anger towards other certain relatives who berated me, my sister (although I am not truly close to her, I don't like others mistreating her), and also berated that close one's side of the family.
One side of me wanted to lash out - but then I knew those types of people have this "I-am-an-adult-so-I-can-abuse-my-authority-and-your-dad-will-side-me" behavior, so I chose to do nothing, regretfully. From that, I lost even more confidence, so I somewhat loathe yet loved myself above others. But, not like that anymore! ;) Let's just say that my "newer" behavior keeps their mouths shut when I'm present.
Depends on one's lifestyle and what is being experienced I guess. However, I think everyone goes through that, even for the most simplest things, such as, "should I ask/not ask him or her out?" So no, I don't really find it unhealthy, it's the decision one chooses that will determine that.

Pay attention and follow the one that is most right, most of the time. Your conscience may be trying to help you.........
