who the heck is a leader in All they do?
I'm a leader in many things I do but not All the things I do!

If I know I can lead, I will... But if I dont know enough or I know less than someone else in the group on the topic in question, then I am more than happy to let some else do the job....
Leading blindly is never a smart move....
