I cant stand brett farve, he allways act like he has hurt himself if the packers are loosing. he does that so he can say that they did not lose because of him. he does not understand the meaning of team work. he just does not realize there are far more better players on the packers team than him. he needs to get off his high horse and realize he is not a football god and that he did not deserve the sportsman of the year award.

There are better players on the Packers than Favre? Name one. Favre will go down as one of the greatest qb's in the NFL. Keep in mind, I am not a Packers fan. Favre is a good person as well. I give credit to him. His #4 will go up in Green Bay when he retires.

Dude I'm a die hard cowboy fan..... I do admire Brett Favre for his accomplishments. Its not like he was having a stellar game against us or anything. You think he's dumb enough to act hurt so it wouldn't be his fault they lost. The man hasn't missed a start in 7.5 million minutes. He has only not finished a game a handful of times. I LOVE MY BOYS..... but I respect great players. Also to the rest of ya...... Romo is not as good as Favre your right...... Not by a long shot. Give him a few years. If he can put together more than the One Super Bowl that Favre has then he will be better. I don't care how many records Favre holds. Look at Marino he held every record until recently and for what? I don't care what you say. The point of this game is to win the Super Bowl..... Nu-ff said. Even a 8 year old knows that. The money is just incentive.... you could ask any old vet that never won the big game.... they are still bitter. Have a nice day......

WOW! Did you not see last season? He never faked an injury and they were bad. How can you be so disrespectful of Brett Favre? The man is 38 years old and his Packers have only 2 losses on the year. Cowboys have one loss. Not much separates the two teams. Favre is playing WELL! He's even gonna start this week. I don't think anyone respects you for what you just said. Something is seriously wrong with you. Why do you find the need to insult Brett Favre of all people when you're Cowboys won and are winning? That is sad.

Ok, you are an idiot, show me how u come by this. Here is what i know.....Brett Favre has started every game since week 3 of the 1992 season. He is one of the greatest to ever play the game if not the greatest. In 2005, the packers were 4-12, brett started every game. Seems by you he wouldve sit out all of those games. Instead he was 372-607 for 3881 yards. He also threw 20 touchdowns and 29 interceptions. That was an off year for him and still completed over 50% of his passes and had almost 4000 yards. Know your facts and dont make stupid comments and make yourself look like a total jackass.

First of all, go back to school and learn some proper english and grammar.

Second, Brett Favre has had just as much injuries as anyone in the NFL and he still has the record for most games started consecutively. (I also think Brett Favre is the best quarterback to ever play the game, and this is coming from a Steeler fan)

Third, Get off the football section of yahoo answers and go read up on the NFL and its lore before you come back here and ask moronic questions like this you clueless, bandwagon Cowboy fan.

You're right he didnt deserve the sportman of the year award.

He deserves the sportman of the last 2 decades award.

This guy is by far one of the best NFL players to ever live and play the game. So you think he faked the injury to get out huh.
Well how about all the times hes been hurt in a game they were losing and has come back to win it?

Glad your sick of Brett Favre, prolly just means hes beat your team so many times in the last quarter century your gonna grab at straws to try and insult him. Epic fail in my book. Not a pack fan, but anyone who is a fan of good football and good people is a fan of Brett Favre.

Did somebody not watch the game??? Anybody who has ever banged their funny bone knows how painful that can be and numbing and yes one does lose feeling in their fingers. Now add to the fact that the bang was on a helmet with a player who was moving it's amazing he was able to play in his next game.
If Brett didn't understand the meaning of team work then he would not have accomplish as much as he has in his career. A team that has a 10-2 standing does understand the meaning of the word.

no, i ain't sick of brett favre. he is one of the greatest qb's to play the game. just because you hate him, (which means very little,) doesn't not mean he is not a great player. i'm not sure why all of a sudden there are so many brett favre haters, but then, i guess it's like they say, the better you are, the more people try to knock you or something. he is THE team leader, yet you say he is not a team player. he calls people out if they don't perform to the capabilities that they should. he "acts" hurt? yeah, guess that's why he is the iron man of football. keep your personal opinions about someone seperate from the facts, you will look a whole lot smarter the next time.

Brett Favre has the RECORD for the most consecutive starts of ANY player in the entire NFL - yup - must be a "wuss". He has 3 MVP awards - no talent there. He has the record for number of touchdown passes... of all time - just a lucky guy I guess. He also has the record for the number of interceptions - not so lucky. You are obviously football illiterate - maybe that is why you are a Cowgirls fan?

For the record: I live in Green Bay, but I'm a fan, and not a fanatic, about the Packers. Bring the Cowgirls to Green Bay - let's see how they do here... when its 17 degrees below zero.

Yeah, this coming from a person who's never played a snap of football. Favre has a history of playing even when he's hurt. So you allegations are total BS and just your own speculation. It makes you look like a total moron and you probably have no business even talking football. Favre would never take himself out of the game and the only reason he didn't go back in is he couldn't grip the football and knew he'd only hurt his team. Pretty honorably really. Too bad you'll never know or understand honor.
