Huckabee, I think he can connect better with everyday people, that puts him at a serious advantage in Iowa, and South Carolina

I supported no candidate nor any social gathering. and that i nevertheless do no longer. yet i admire McCain as a guy or woman; and he seems to have good strategies for the main area. he's very honest; even though it could injury him some because of the fact he has the unlucky project of being too honest approximately his very own failings besides. i'm against the conflict completely; yet McCain does look interested in ending the conflict. And he does have a element relating to the conflict; that's, that jointly as he's of an identical opinion we would desire to constantly no longer have long gone and that it replaced into dealt with poorly, it somewhat is the previous. we are there now, and we would desire to ensure what to do interior the right here and now. And McCain believes that the only honorable element he can see (and consequently the only element he believes we would desire to constantly do) is to stay and help the Iraqis after the mess we made decrease than Bush. And he's magnificent to a element. shouldn't we as individuals restoration the mess we made? i don't have self assurance we can, yet a minimum of McCain is questioning and is doing it for the suitable motives if he remains. I enjoyed the different adult males to a element. Guiliani and Huckabee appeared very likeable. yet after Bush, who remains very likeable (his project replaced into no longer character yet rules), will we easily need to base our determination on likeability returned? Romney wasn't so likeable yet he appeared powerfuble and arranged; extraordinarily for the financial device. and that i'd somewhat want somebody powerfuble dealing with the financial device after the previous 8 years. And Ron Paul has some rather good strategies. some he needs to reconsider, yet standard he has super strategies. regrettably for him he has a touch whiny voice and complains plenty. and there is no way you will get everywhere along with his voice. some human beings would desire to get previous that and easily opt for him on subject concerns; yet maximum persons can't take care of the whiny complaining, no count how magnificent he's in his lawsuits. yet McCain is easily rather cool, and the Republicans would desire to do plenty worse.

Either Huckabee or Paul is fine with me.
Not John "I go against what the American people want on practically every issue" McCain, or Rudy "I used the taxpayer's money to purchase expensive jewels for my wife and cussed out journalists at my press conferences while I was governor of NYC" Giuliani, or Mitt "I gave a pass to illegals while governor and flip-flopped on the gay rights and abortion issues to have a better chance in the republican primaries" Romney.
TOO much baggage...

McCain is the most solid candidate in a long time. It would be quite reassuring to have him in the White House to deal with Irak, Iran, Russia, North Korea, Afghanistan etc.
He's not a conventional conservative he could be the President for everyone. He even says that he likes Hillary...personally. So he would be a UNITER not a divider which is what America needs.

Ron Paul with John McCain for VP

The way Huckabee's numbers are gaining steam, it'll be him by a long shot. But God I hope Ron Paul would get it instead. The last person America needs for president is an ex-pastor who is a decent speaker and fills his answers with fluff.

There are a lot more choices than that. I'm a Libertarian, so obviously I hope the Republicans pick Paul. Then again, I'm a Libertarian because I know Republicans would never pick the best candidate. They'll probably just pick whomever they think has the best "chance."

I'm still holding out for Rudy!

McCain is a great American and certainly deserves consideration, but I believe he is a bit too hot-headed.

Huckabee, I just do not trust. There's something about him that I cannot put my finger on quite yet and I don't believe he's a fiscal conservative.

Paul is completely loony. I have no respect for the man.

Romney, maybe....
