It depends on many factors: Time of day (I'm not friendly in the mornings -- ever); perceived intelligent level of the person or persons I'm interacting with (I have a low tolerance for ignorance); what kind of language you're using (I abhor gratuitous profanity); whether or not I'm being blamed for something I may or may not have done; and how slow you're driving while I'm behind you.
There are other factors, but those are the easy ones.

Shy people can be friendly too - they usually just aren't outgoing or extroverted. Yes, I am a friendly person, and very outgoing - I have to be - I'm in the entertainment "biz" - being extroverted (or at least being able to fake it) tends to go with the territory. I play blues-rock guitar.

Yes ,I am a friendly person,but sometimes when I talk to a stranger, may be I am a little shy.I think that is nomal!

I was very shy when I was young...but I overcame it....now I am very outgoing & friendly. I can talk to anyone. I love people!

I'm shy at first......Especially to girls.....but.....Ten I turn into a complete, outragous goof......blah...
So I suppose I'm friendly....apparently I too flirty....Is that another way of being friendly...??
