Help out more around the house, bring home some roses, kiss her forehead when she isn't expecting it, tell her every day you love and admire her, go with her to the grocery store, rent a movie that you know she will enjoy (i.e. chick flick), cook her a romantic dinner- then clean it up.......

help with the housecleaning and taking care of the children (if you have any), show her that you see her as a woman, not just as a wife or mother, buy her flowers every once in a while, listen to her attentively when she's talking....
I think most married women would appreciate it if their husbands took any initiative to do some of the work around the house, even if it is just taking out the trash or doing the dishes, because it shows that you're a team working together. This is a really good question; it shows how important your wife is to you, and if you do love her this much, she is a lucky woman.

Take out the trash on a regular basis, sweep and mop the kitchen floor. Scrub the toilet. Do laundry. Cook a nice dinner and wash all the dishes.
Buy her flowers and candy. Make her a nice hot bubble bath with candles and flowers all around. Give her a massage with nice scented warm oil. Rub her feet. Take her to Vegas and get a really nice room with a spa in it. Go to a show while you are there.
Make her happy in the bedroom, before you get too happy and she loses out.
Compliment her, on her looks, her hair, the way she dresses. Tell her she cooks well too. Notice all her hard work and thank her for it. If you have kids, make them be nice to her.
God says treat her like a fragile vessel filled with fine wine.

Make her a bubble bath when she is tired after her work. It always works with me.
Write down i love you, (name) and put it in the fridge or stick it to something she would use early in the morning.
Just be there for her and pay attention to her needs. Women need attention...

I don't ask for much from my husband. I just want him to tell me he loves me, hug me when I need it, let me cry and vent when I need to, and be there for me when I'm going through a rough patch.
I also want him to listen to me when I have something to say (it's highly irritating when you've just said something and your husband does something completely different).

tell her. women respond more to words than from actions. even though actions are man's best way of conveying things, it's really words that count in this situation.

Different women feel appreciated in different ways so if I were you, I would ask my wife what little things you could do to make her feel appreciated...then do them.
