Thy say it's political correct to saying happy holidays .
To me that covers all the holiday, I'm not going to put Jesus Christ birthday in with all the other holidays .
Being Politically correct is just another way for others to tell you what to say and think.
In being politically correct you give up your right of saying things and thinking just to make someone happy even if your not happy.
But I would like to know who the hell comes up with all this political correct crap and try to push it off on all of use?
If we say happy holiday to make them that don't believe in Jesus Christ feel comfortable or out of Respect what about us that do believe?
I think we have given up enough , I have a right to believe also in my way.
SO.
MARRY CHRISTMAS!
MARRY CHRISTMAS!
MARRY CHRISTMAS!
MARRY CHRISTMAS!
MARRY CHRISTMAS!
MARRY CHRISTMAS!
MARRY CHRISTMAS!
MARRY CHRISTMAS! and if thy don't like it SO WHAT, I'm going to say it the way I want not the way someone wants me to say it.
And for them that don't say Marry Christmas but understand Happy holidays to you.
That's the rebel in me.

Well, at work when talking with customers I say Happy Holidays to stay on the safe side since there's many different beliefs out there. I wouldn't want to offend anyone.
I'd rather say Merry Christmas though :)
So, Merry Merry Christmas!

I just say both, "Merry Christmas and happy holidays!" This basically replaces the New Years phrase, but comes across as if I am being respectful to those whom the Merry Christmas might offend. ; -)

Merry Christmas to you too! :)
i think it's just plain stupid! you should have the freedom of speech to wish someone a Merry Christmas.
even if you don't believe in the true meaning of Christmas.
it doesn't mean you should stop someone else from saying it.
just because it may suggest a religion that not everyone is, is no reason to get rid of it.
"The enemies of Christmas have succeeded in making Christians feel as if we are bad and intolerant to wish someone a "Merry Christmas". This is political correctness run amok. We have reached an all time low point in our nation's history when human sensibilities are elevated above offending Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. It is long past the time for Christians to stand firm in our faith."
OPERATION: JUST SAY MERRY CHRISTMAS is a campaign designed to encourage Christians nationwide and around the world to PROUDLY proclaim The Christ Child as the center of the Christmas Season once again.
In an effort to help turn the tide, we have created this Christmas wristband to help emphasize once again that the central focus of this season is the Birth of the Christ Child. It is our hope that by wearing the wristband you will join us to remind others that to celebrate the true meaning of this Holy Season.....
JUST SAY "MERRY CHRISTMAS!"

I always say Merry Christmas. People do get upset sometimes, but hey I have the right to express what I feel and they have every right to tell me Happy Holidays.
God Bless, and Merry Christmas.

Haha. People who get affected by "Merry Christmas" should just back off. They should know that we`re just trying to spread happiness in celebration of the international holiday.

I would still say, "Merry Christmas" and if someone said they didn't like that, I would say to them, "Happy Holidays". But no one has seemed to mind me saying "Merry Christmas" to them...

Don't understand it either and yes my cards do say Happy Holidays on the front of them and I had a hard time finding those.
Its annoying that it is like this.
Just like some people get offended if you say God bless you if someone sneezes!
Merry Christmas to you too!

Who cares?
Merry Christmas
Happy Holidays
Happy Hanukkah
Happy Kwanzaa
Anything is fine! We should all stop being so sensitive, whether we are offended by Happy Holidays or Merry Christmas. The people who say them mean no harm, they are just trying to spread cheer.
