I'd turn it in ... then cross my fingers, eyes and toes .. hoping no one claims it within a certain time-frame, and it's given to me. That, or someone claims it, and gives me a small reward for returning it. :)

At first I would think keep it then reality who sit in me and I would return it...I found $20 dollars at the beach once and I returned it to the concession stand. Wait now that I am thinking of that... why did I do that... maybe they didn't loose the money?? They took it anyway...

If you think about it whos to turn it into? And plus, If you do turn it in, what if they keep the money?....
I would explain more on that but youd probably get confused...unless you really want to know, Ill email it to you...?

If there was no way to ID the owner, I'd share it with my church. If the owner was evil or greedy, I'd keep it and use it for better purposes; if the owner was just and fair, they'd get every penny back.

Absolutely would turn it in to police. If it isn't claimed within a certain period of time, then they would give it to you.

if yes-turn it in, otherwise constitutes receiving stolen property
