When he aims his ship straight into a storm because he refuses to believe his "Naval Intelligence Estimate" (NIE)?

Umm... as regards my play-on-words; it was deliberate if corney. You see "Naval" fits with the ship-at-sea analogy...but anyway....

It's National Intelligence Estimate but, you got the right idea. This administration has set a course for disaster. They don't even have a compass. It's just full speed ahead damn the torpedoes.

Liked your play-on-words! Wish I'd thought of it first! ........I don't think he refused to believe the intel. I think he shelved it in a secret place in order to continue the war with Iraq and to keep us from knowing the truth about Iran's "nukulur" capabilities for making a bomb. Bush hates to hear "I told you so", and "I was wrong" is not in his egotistical repertoire.

Bush is always talkin' about, "Stay the course", but I'll bet he couldn't find Iraq on an unmarked map. I bet he'd be hard pressed to find Texas on an unmarked map.

Or his behind with both hands, for that matter. :)
