I think it's more about the way they make them feel. The size difference gives them a sense of security--they can wear your office shirt and feel small. It's also yours, it has your smell, it brings her comfort.
Lastly, the reaction of the male is often positive--some guys love seeing their white button-down shirts on their girlfriends.
If it bothers you, say something to her, or hide a few of your shirts so you have some that won't be used as PJs.

Love the feel of it on my skin and also, just the way his scent clings to the material. Definitely Fab.

Its fun and long enough so we dont have to wear pants so you can make it look cute.
I love trying on my husbands "ready for war" gear! Its fun and I make it sexy by wearing it with just a thong.
