I've been living in a city that I so dislike for the past five years. All of my friends live in other states, but I couldn't leave because my children made a lot of friends here, and didn't want to go. Finally, the youngest of the kids has come of age, and I am with my very best friend, soon to move where we both have friends.
What I'm trying to say is that it takes patience, and will power. I had to experience a lot of unhappiness before happiness came back to me.
Until you can be where you want to be, I would recommend doing a lot of reading and writing (or art, music, etc), starting a hobby or taking a class that truly interests you, perhaps getting into a health and fitness routine, volunteering for a cause that is dear to you, etc. Your time will come--you will break out of your bubble. I wish you well, and hope that it can happen soon for you. :)

Go to the Church of Scientology, and get the Ethics Book and do Conditions on your life. This means, If you feel you 'don't belong'. Then you are obviously not in a good condition in your life. Finding out where you are, who you are, what you do, what your purpose is, will help you feel more confident, able, and help you know where you belong.
I understand what you are saying completely! I think a lot of us feel or have felt this way at one point.
I would just take responsibility in your life where you are not. If you are still in school, then maybe there's something with school, you are putting off or not doing. Or if you're working, maybe there's something about your job you don't understand or could understand better?
Just a guess.?
Maybe you're trying to please too many people and not doing what's necessary for YOU.
I would recommend talking to God as well.

If you dont feel like you dont belong thats a double negative which means you do feel like you belong.
If you want to pop a bubble use a sharp object.
Get up, take action, do something good!
Drink an energy drink and go for it!

little steps.
make a new friend here and there
join a club maybe
help someone out.
it might be hard.
but next time you're on the bus or something
start talking to the person next to you
just try your hardest to keep the conversation flowing.
im not quite sure if this is really what you're asking about
but i really hope it helps.

Find a new hobby e.g. dance classes, sport, art & craft whatever suits you. Spend time with family and friends. Go out more often and enjoy life.
