i tried and tried but nothing will work. i dont have a tension screw or anything like that all i have is a paper clip a peace off a notebook rings and a thick metal peace.

The quickest way is a hammer. I have yet to see a padlock(keyed or combination) that will take much of a blow down.
Just hit it on the top(where the bolt enters) several times hard.......and bingo you are in. I have used this on a lock that I bought (and lost the key)that was supposed to be resistant to this....three hits and it was history.

you cant, master lock has a tilt type tumblers, and is virtually imposable to pick,

You don't. You take it to a locksmith.
