the house i am renting is being forclosed on i recieved a letter adressed to: unknown owners and nonrecord claimants

The notice is being sent to the property address to tell anyone that might get the mail that they are about to lose their home.

They don't know your name, so they are referring to you as a nonrecord claimant--someone who may claim a right to live on the property but who cannot be identified by a search of public records.

That letter needs to go to your landlord, ASAP. It is was mailed to several addresses.
