The internet is heavily regulated in China. Also, the government has to approve any television programs or movies. As a result, i doubt you will easily find internet sources to watch illegal TV shows.

Now, China is well known for selling pirated movies, but I don't know if they have TV on DVD that is pirated. If you will be in China for a week or two, you can have a friend tape your shows or record them on a DVR. If you will be there for a long time, you can wait until you get back and watch Lost and the Office on DVD.

Anyway, the less time you spend watching American programs, the more time you have to actually enjoy your stay and experience a foreign country! Or visit with relatives you never see, if that is why you are going.
