I am going to try and write this all out for you. Are you sure the answer is 4.9 because I got around 5.1 gm.
This is how I will label
Benzaldehyde->PhCOH
Acetone->CH3COCH3
Dibenzalacetone-DB

2 PhCOH + CH3COCH3 -> DB

So you know two moles PhCOH are needed for this reaction.
This is an Aldol Condesation reaction.

You start with 4.3 ml Benzaldehyde Density 1.04 g/ml, MW 106.13 g/mol. This is 0.042 mol.

Also 1.6 ml Acetone, density 0.79 g/ml. MW 58.08 g/mol. This is 0.22 mol.

Since you know that it takes two Benzaldehydes to form the product, this must be the limiting reagent although they are quite close anyhow.

0.042/2= 0.021 moles of DB possible here.
MW DB is 243.30 g/mol

0.021 mol (243.30g/mol)=5.1 gm

You can start losing weight steadily and quickly by cutting your calorie intake down by around 350-500 a day and drink plenty of water, eat healthily. Also breaking down your meals into multiple snacks can help speed up the metabolism meaning you will burn calories quicker and digest food quicker. By cutting down portions and being healthy you could loose a couple of pounds within a fortnight. Which isn't amazing but you are more likely to keep it off and get used to eating less meaning you can carry on your weight loss to further lengths.
