Ya, it was ok, but not too exciting.

Much prefer Silver Dollar City. Great people, fun rides. Overall great time!

I still have my mugs that I bring every time I visit!

Yes, I was a member of the entertainment cast of characters the last year it was open as the theme park for Al Cap's characters, the summer of 1990. The three years that followed it was more of a promotion for marble falls. I was Marrian' Sam.
However, I also remember my trip to Dog Patch as a kid in 1969. I think that was the problem with DP, it never matured or grew or was allowed to explore other theme park venues because when I went to work for DP in 90' it hadn't changed a single bit except for the replacement of a couple of rides.

My season at Dog Patch USA are packed with extremely fond memories.
