If, perhaps, t = 4.9 answer would be:-
f `(t) = 4 x 4.9³ - 5
f `(t) = 465.5

f(t)=t^4-5*t+69 when t=49
relative rate of change of f means
You are asked f'(t=49)

f'(t) = 4t^3 - 5
f'(49) = 470591

Its probably not wrong because you
are cubing the # and the # itself happens
to be pretty big.
It seems your answer is reasonable.
But it might be wrong in the context
of the problem/or not
