I have never experienced this machine but I would recommend asking for a consultation with a physical therapist that has experience with pelvic floor issues as well if you haven't already to see what they say. In the mean time til you can get a hold of one here's the link to a site where you may be able to get more help. It's at: http://forums.obgyn.net/womens-health

you are able to try pelvic floor exercises, you will desire to of been doing them jointly as you have been pregnant. those will help tighten you up down there. i'd look into why you got somewhat greater advantageous although as you had a c-area and did no longer easily push a infant out. the only element it somewhat is meant to stretch that's giving delivery by using the vagina. Are you helpful you're no longer only questioning it is greater advantageous?
