alright, it seems like everyone else who answered your question doesn't actually know the answer. there aren't that many places to get it. the place i go to is in saint marks place, manhattan. saint marks is just these 3 blocks where evrything is just completely different then the rest of the city. it looks like it's in europe. so u can take the train to the union square station, then from there walk down 14th street and make a right at 3rd avenue. then continue down and eventually you'll see saint marks place come up on the left. it comes right after 9th street and after it is 7th street, so basically its 8th street with a different name. there are many stores there where you can buy it, just try to find one with many bongs in the display window. hope you find it!

Any garden center. It's only in seed form now. Winter is on its way and salvia is a summer annual.
