The only one I would sleep with would be Janeway. Who cares about the other parts?
OK, I'll humor you. Archer or Sisco would win the fist fight, though Kirk wouldn't be someone to rule out. But all of them would be good enough captains to decide to take the more peaceful course of action, I think. So the fight might not ever occur.
Who's the best captain? I think in the sense that Starfleet was supposed to be an exploratory organization, then clearly Picard is the explorer of the bunch. He's also the most thoughtful when presented with a dilemma. Well aware of the rules and regulations but willing to stretch them to save his crew or perform a humanitarian act.

You left out the Lone Ranger, The Phantom, Batman, The Green Lantern, Spiderman, Hopalong Cassidy, Jack Hoxie and Tom Mix. Oh, and Flash Gordon and Buck Rogers. And Inspector Gadget. And Captain Kremin of the Space Patrol. Oh dear, this could go on and on.

You didn't include Spock. He was a captain for awhile, you know. I think he'd win on both counts.
