Very (snicker).

I don't go for the groin first, though. A good kick to the knee (just below the kneecap) is enough to make a person forget about me and generally lose interest in busting my ***.

Besides, knees are more vulnerable and after a kick to just the right spot, you wouldn't be able to walk anyway.

EMT

Just a note...I was trained in self defense by an ex-Navy Seal. He taught me how to fight...not just defend myself but to use what I have to come out alive.

Very skilled. After the groin, I knee him in the face. Then run like hell...

Not bad. Unfortunately it was my husband that got decked. It wasn't on purpose, just a gut reaction and a groin result. Maybe that's why we don't have kids together.lol

My knee and instep are ready and waiting at all times to smash an attacker's two babymakers to bits !!!

I also learned the grab and squeeze method.

My hammerfist to the jewels will provide the needed pain and incapacitation to an assailant so I can escape.

Myself and other girls practiced these techniques repeatedly so they became second nature and automatic to us.

Im pretty good at it! I got to practice alot last summer! At my family reunion, we had an air soft war and i shot my cousin in the groin area (on accident) and he grabbd me and was gonna drag me through the mud and i kickd him in his "area" and ran. It was sooo fun!
He eventually got me back. He threw mud all ovr me while i was asleep (but the joke was actually on him cuz i was sleepin in his bed! Ha!)

I am thankful that I've never had to do anything like that...but I do Taekwondo, so that if I am in a dangerous situation, at least I have some hope of getting out of it.

That's the 1st thing my brother taught me to protect myself. I have to say I am pretty skilled, but I think he may have regretted it in the long run.
