About four years ago a friend at worker mentioned that some black teens at school had called her teen daughter (mixed) a wigger... And yes, it was meant as an insult.
Thats the ONLY context I've heard that term used.
My youngest is also mixed and I dread the day she has to confront junk like that. Racism goes both ways and the mixed kids are in the middle getting it from both sides.

a so called wigger is a person on non-africian american decent who is acting "black". someone who didnt grow up in that environment..yet wants to be like them.
I myself grew up in the hood (made it out n doing great now), and since that is how I grew up, that is how I am, some ppl "act" like races they arent. some ppl "act" like the environment they came from. its stupid to try to b something your not. just bc ur are or arent a race dont mean anything. U should b U and your interest should b just that. so ask them; why they "act" the way they do. then ull have ur answer to if they are a wigger or not. remember a wigger is a fake wanta be black person.

You can't act a certain color. There are stereotypes of what people of a certain color are supposed to act like. So if people say a wigger is a white kid trying to be black, technically shouldn't he be called a n*gger? The word doesn't discriminate a certain color. It's like saying man whore. A whore is a whore, it doesn't discriminate gender. I believe anyone should act/dress anyway they want. It shouldn't matter what color they are.

It is defined as a Caucasian who is trying to act in a "ghetto" or "street" or as some people think (not me) "black" manner.
Yet, I have not figured out how it is possible to act a race. I thought it was acting a stereotype.

or, in my sons case as he has lots of mexican and native american in him, he has dark skin. He rund\s with a lot of black kids and the crackers call him wigger.
