I am assuming that you are a female. Anal sex is where the man puts his penis in the place that your poop comes out (instead of the vagina). Most women don't really like it because it's kind of uncomfortable. Most men DO like it because it's a very "tight" cavity and hightens the pleasure. It can't REALLY hurt you(health wise) as long as he wears a condom and as long as the anal cavity is clear (meaning you don't have any poop ready to come out). Even then, it can't really hurt you - it just gets really messy and gross. Hope this helped answer your question :-)
