I'm have a transaction problem with Buy.com. I've called their customer service and waited more than an hour, but it is the Philiphines. It was very difficult for me to communicate the people in the Philiphines, and they won't tell me the contact number in the United States. This company is located in Northern California. Also, it usally takes days for them to answer an email.
